Book an overnight stay in one of our beautifully appointed bedrooms, located in a stunning 17th-century building. Situated right by the harbour in picturesque fishing village of Emsworth, nestled between Portsmouth and Chichester, and just a short distance from the beautiful South Downs and Goodwood. A great starting point to explore this part of the South Coast, & the surrounding areas. An ideal base for many scenic costal walks, to Thorney Island, Langstone Harbour, Hayling Island, Prinsted etc.

All our rooms boast the unrivalled most stunning views, over Emsworth Harbour and Slipper Mill Pond. Light and elegant, full of character ( some with exposed beams -duck or grouse! ) the rooms are all provided with a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, selection of teas and coffee & Nespresso coffee machines for guests to relax with.
