Validity Period
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. ​
As a small independent restaurant, vouchers form part of our forward planning and reservation management.
We therefore kindly ask that bookings are made within the validity period.​
The expiry date is clearly stated on each voucher and we are unable to offer extension beyond the stated period.

Expiry
Once expired, vouchers cannot be redeemed.
Any requests made after the expiry date cannot be accommodated.

Booking Responsibility
Guests are responsible for booking and using their voucher within the validity period.
Availability varies throughout the year, we recommend arranging your reservation in good time to avoid disappointment, particularly during peak periods. Early booking is strongly recommended.

Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable
Vouchers are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.
If you are unable to use your voucher, you may pass it on to someone else to use within the validity period.

Presentation of Voucher
A valid voucher must be presented on arrival. Without proof of the voucher, full charges may apply.

Restrictions
Vouchers may not be redeemable on certain event days or promotional dates. Not available for our Themed Events: Wine Dinners, Gourmet Dinners, Valentines Dinner, Mother's Day Lunch etc. Not available with Black Friday Package stay offers

Partial Use
If a voucher is used in part, a second voucher will be issued for the remaining balance. The original expiry date will remain.

Delivery & Dispatch
Vouchers can be issued by email or posted. Vouchers sent by post are dispatched via First Class mail; however, delivery times may vary and we cannot guarantee an exact arrival date. If you would prefer recorded delivery, this can be arranged for an additional charge — please enquire with our team.

Menu Availability & Dietary Requirements
Our menus are seasonal and subject to change.
Vegetarian guests can enjoy a vegetarian starter and a main course as per our set menu offering.
Our tasting menu is available as standard, pescatarian, or meat only. We do not currently offer a vegan menu.
Guests with dietary requirements are advised to contact the restaurant before booking to ensure the experience is suitable.
