Based in the heart of the Welsh countryside, Blue Monday began as a small roastery within the UK’s speciality coffee scene, with a focus on quality sourcing, experimental roasting, and the discovery of new flavour possibilities.

Their beans are sourced from farms across Brazil, Colombia, Peru, El Salvador, Honduras, Kenya, Ethiopia, Indonesia, Burundi, and Tanzania - regions celebrated for their rich coffee heritage. Each origin contributes its own character, and Blue Monday’s team carefully selects, grades, and roasts these beans in small batches, creating distinctive blends that balance depth, smoothness, and complexity.
