accompanied by a crisp parcel of confit leg on sliced beetroot

and bacon, red wine shallot dressing

 

Hot butternut squash and orange soup complemented,

by a melting shellfish and ginger cream

 

MAIN COURSE

 Gently butter roasted free range chicken breast, sliced on a

cauliflower risotto with braised aduki beans flavoured

with root vegetables and pancetta bacon

 

Fresh cod, potato and parsley cakes served on a smooth

 pea cream accompanied by a little casserole

of gurnard and fresh peas

 

DESSERT

Warm chocolate tartlet complemented by a fresh

peach sorbet and raspberry sauce

 

 A selection of British farmhouse cheeses, served

with fruit, biscuits and caraway bread
